An intimate and inspiring memoir of psychotherapist Frank West’s life’s journey of over eighty years—a journey that led Frank first to the Christian ministry, then to a career as a psychotherapist and family counselor, and finally to his discovery of the transformative spiritual path known as A Course in Miracles. Written in his unique and down-to-earth style, the personal experiences Frank recounts in this remarkable book are offered as lessons to aid the reader in the miraculous healing of his own mind.

This is the first of a series of three volumes in which Frank West deals with key ideas found in the psycho-spiritual writings known as A Course in Miracles. Healing Our Anger is based on material presented in 2009 at two public workshops. Its language is informal, easy to read and understand. Its subject is universal: anger—its causes, its destructive effects, and—most importantly, as Frank points out to us—the glorious capacity we all have to forgive our choice to be angry, and to choose peace instead.
